How do I withdraw before I complete wagering?
It couldn't be easier. Simply load to the banking pages as usual and head to the withdrawal section. Any bonus balance will be forfeited when you withdraw, you'll see a message informing you of that when you go through the process.
How is playthrough calculated?
Bonuses credited with the Fair Play bonus system use a Mixed Wagering calculation. This means that at the time a bet is placed, if there is a Bonus Balance, a percentage of the bet comes from the Bonus Balance, a Percentage comes from Cash. Winnings from the portion of bets placed from a player's Cash Balance will be credited to the Cash Balance. Winnings from the portion of bets placed from a player's Bonus Balance will be credited to the Bonus Balance.
The Mixed Wagering amount is calculated by the Cash/Bonus Balance split at the time the bet is placed. For example, if your Bonus Balance is 25% of your total balance, 75% of your bet will be cash, 25% will be bonus. 75% of any winnings will be cash and 25% of any winnings will be bonus.
